Post-paid Customer
- Valid citizen or resident of Rwanda
- Employer’s reference – proof of employment
- Payslip or proof of income
- A Residential and work address (to be filled on the application form)
- Completion of application form
- Copy of identity document for Nationals
- Temporary Residence Permit or copy of passport & visa (Non-Rwanda Citizens)
A refundable deposit of Frw 96,000 per line
Refundable upon the termination of the postpaid contract
- Itemized bill of Frw 920 (if in need of monthly call details on invoices)
- An additional Frw 250,000 per line for International Roaming activation will be paid and roaming contract signed if International Roaming service is required.
- Completed application form
- Legally registered Business
- Trade Reference or memorandum of understanding (where applicable)
- Proof of Trading license or Company certificate or MOU
- Three months bank statements, for new companies
- Names & photocopy ID’s of Directors where the directors are non-Rwandan citizens then temporary Residence Permit or copy of passport & visaÂ
- A refundable deposit of Frw 96,000per line Â
- Itemized bill of Frw 920 (if in need of monthly call details on invoices)
- An additional Frw 250,000 per line for International Roaming activation will be paid and roaming contract signed if the international roaming service is required.Â
